Banana Overnight Oats

Finally it's August!

This is my breakfast today. Day 1 of overnight oats

The result is better than what I expected! It tastes good!
Make a good breakfast, so fulfilling~

Ingredient:
2/3 cup oats
2/3 cup whole milk
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

Mix all this together in a container and left it overnight in a fridge, took out in the morning, placed sliced banana and whole grain cereal. *Dang lang!* Done! 

I am making Banana Oats, as this is the easiest out of all the fruits :p
Will try out some other fruits soon! Stay tuned :)

Some facts about Oats:
No fat, lots of fiber, zero cholesterol, which can help to lower blood cholesterol, makes u feel full.. etc
Good and cheap!

Don't skip breakfast! It makes u stupid-er. Hahaha!
